There's my job at the University. The Music. The Boy. Friends. etc.
Right now is probably the busiest I've ever been and I am loving every bit of it.
Anyway...
I've been so blessed to have such a beautiful life. I'm TRULY happy that I have these things to keep me busy...
A couple of days ago, The boy and I got invited to go to HAPPY ISLAND (CAS CAY) with a bunch of friends. They were nice enough to take us on their boats (such good friends we have) I went with Lauren and Luc on their "Bro" Boat (yes, they agree, I'm not making fun of them). We met up at Krum Bay and travelled from there to Happy Island.
The boat ride was TREMENDOUSLY shaky and terrifying. I had the TIME OF MY LIFE! I was doing all kinds of things like pretending to ride the "Mechanical Bull" holding a handle with my right hand while the left is up in the air. I kept trying to touch the water. I kept looking for dolphins and was expecting to see a whale or a shark to launch itself from the water and jump 5 feet above our heads Free-Willy Style. I waved at the Westin Boat and they waved back! It was so much fun. And when we got to Happy Island, our friends kept telling us how funny we looked on that boat leaping a foot from the surface off of the water. It was VERY VERY Wavy. Nonetheless, we had so much fun that day.
That very same weekend, the boy got me two pairs of sunglasses and two purses for the total amount of 14 dollars. Yes, I am lucky and No, I don't care if it is cheap! But that was not the most exciting part, we got CHIVES the length of our kitchen counter at the Farmer's Market. Also, I got the chance to have so much fun with chalk, yes, chalk!
Here's a picture
So my point is... I have a good life and I am thankful for it.
I am not trying to brag about how great and awesome my life is. It is quite plain, it is only indicative that I am satisfied with where I am and I don't need anything else.
It's funny, how I want nothing but the company of the people I love and care about.
